Sleeping and Floating

When I went to Jacob's conference a couple of weeks ago, Jacob's teacher gave me a questionairre to fill out with Jacob. She explained they will use this information about Jacob in a project they will be doing. So today when I was cleaning, I found the form and decided we better get it done. Little did I know how funny the experience would be. Here are a couple of the questions and Jacob's responses.
Me: What do you like to do after school?
Jacob: Sleep.
Me: What about tae kwon do or swimming?
Jacob: Nope, I like to sleep.
Me: Fine....(writing down sleeping)...what about playing with your brother and sister.
Jacob: Sure, put that down.

Me: What do you like about yourself.
Jacob: (thinking)...I don't know.
Me: That's a hard question, we will come back to it. (Starts to move on to the next question)
Jacob: Wait, I know. I like how I sleep.
Me: What?
Jacob: I like that I sleep to have lots of energy.
Me: So you like the energy that you have?
Jacob: No, I like the way I sleep.
Me: Fine. (Writes down I like how I sleep to get lots of energy.)

Me: What are you going to be when you grow up?
Ally: I'm going to be a doctor.
Jacob: I am just gonna be a guy...(thinking)...who floats around...in the water...A FLOATER.
Me: (puzzled expression)
Jacob: Oh...a sailor!

I then called my mom to inform her of Jacob's love for sleeping and how well he thinks he does it. And to let her know he has decided on the career path that he had entitled floating. He kept covering my mouth and we laughed so hard. I love, love, love my kids!
